Spinach Dip:

1 pkg Knorr Vegetable Soup, Dip & Recepe Mix
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 container (16 oz) sour cream
1 cup (8 oz) mayonaise
1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained (chopped, optional)
3 green onions, chopped

Stir all ingredients in a medium bowl until well mixed.
Cover and chill for 2 hours to blend flavors.
Stir again before serving.
Can be served in a round bread bowl.
Serve with vegetables, crackers or chips.
