Tasty Microwave Meatloaf: 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon mustard 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 medium onion, minced 1/4 cup cracker crumbs 2 pounds lean ground beef 1.5 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Mix tomato sauce, brown sugar and mustard in a small bowl. Mix beef, eggs, onion, crackers, salt & pepper in large bowl. Mix half of the tomato sauce mixture into the beef mixture. Put beef mixture into a 2-quart microproof casserole. Pour remaining tomato sauce mixture over beef. Cook in microwave for 12 to 14 minutes at max power, uncovered.
